Lucia is a qualified Sports Therapist with a strong background in the assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation of musculoskeletal injuries. She is passionate about helping people recover from pain and injury, while also improving performance and preventing future problems.

With a BSc (Hons) in Sports Therapy, Lucia is trained in a wide range of techniques, including joint mobilisation, sports massage, injury rehabilitation programmes, and dry needling. She regularly works with athletes of all ages and levels — from school and club players to adults returning to sport — providing hands-on treatment and tailored rehabilitation plans to support a safe and effective recovery.

Alongside her clinical work, Lucia also provides pitch-side care for sports teams, managing acute injuries and ensuring the wellbeing of players during training and competition.
